01Service provider

The service is operated by Weglam sp. z o.o., Wrzosowa 15, 58-100 Pszenno, Poland. You can reach us at [email protected] or +48 74 857 50 14, and at weglam.app.

02The service

Weglam analyses photos, sounds, described symptoms and OBD-II data to produce an informational assessment of a vehicle condition, together with estimates and a report you can hand to a workshop.

03Accounts

An account is created when you complete a credits order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Passwords must be at least eight characters long.

04Credits

The service is paid for with credits. One credit costs €0.10 and the minimum order is 50 credits. Prices shown in US dollars, pounds sterling and Polish zloty are converted from euro at the current market rate on the day of the order.

• Credits are deducted when a product is run, at the price listed on the pricing page.
• Credits do not expire while the account remains active.
• Credits carry no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• There are no plans, trials or demo periods — you only pay for the credits you order.

05Orders and payment

Placing an order creates a payment obligation. Bank transfer is currently the only available method: the bank details are sent to your email address immediately after the order is placed, and features are unlocked once the transfer is received and matched to your order reference. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and are not selectable.

06Promotional codes

A first-order promotional code grants a 5% discount on a single first credits order. Codes cannot be combined, applied retroactively or exchanged for cash.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

08No mechanical warranty

AI guidance is informational. It is not a certified inspection and it does not guarantee that any fault, cost or safety condition has been correctly identified. Always have safety-critical work verified by a qualified mechanic.

09Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service at any time; unspent credits are handled under the Refund Policy.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
